I've been working at Loblaws on Maplegrove for a little over a year. I just want to say that ever since this new MANHATTEN system that we are now using, picking standards are rediculasly hard to hit now, before I had no problem hitting my 92.5 % everyday quota, in fact I was hitting around 100 % to 120 % with ease, and thats withought handing in downtime.I never once, had got called in to the supervisors office so they could give me shit about my standards before Manhatten came in.Ever since I have been called in 3 times since Feb 2011, when Mahatten was introduced to us, I feel now I have to work 20% harder just to hit the 92.5 % quota and thats with handing in 15 minutes give or take of downtime, UNION HELP US PLEASE
