I used to enjoy going to work. I don't anymore. The demands from head office management contribute to high stress levels especially with dept. managers.

Their priorities are in the wrong place. They value the shareholders more than the customers which is reflected in the lack of customer service. It seems like they have more checklists and audits than the banks and are extremely nit-picky with them. The job demands and stress they cause have eroded my self-confidence. I only stay because at my age it is too hard to find another job with income and benefits I can live on.
