Two thumbs down for poor and harassing management. Politics in that store is ridiculous. It felt like I was back in high school. I worked my ass for that company only so they could demand more of me. Never did I get any appreciation unless it was informing about someone (ratting someone out). I have tested this myself and i have witnessed it by others. They praise the lazy and shun the hard working. Seems like they're continually trying to screw people, the wrong people, so it seems like management is doing something. Managers are continually trying to get in their family and friends while they cut hours and inform HR not to hire. There is huge favoritism in that store. Can't wait for Target to come in to Canada and turn things around. Rough times for Loblaw is only going to get tougher. There is a reason why their stocks plummeted last few quarters. Obviously things aren't working out.
