This is not a very good place to be employed. They send part-time employees home due to lack of work, and yet they hire more which gives us even less work, less hours and less money. Hard to live on your own with income dramatically dropping from your employer not caring about its employees. Also the only way to get any respect is being full-time. To get full-time you have to deal with all the unprofessionalism, lack of respect, and the fact that your supervisors wont tell you anything you NEED to know. If your looking for employment here at Loblaws... look elsewhere, unless you enjoy being treated like dirt.
