I have worked for a division of George Weston for over 17 years and share your sentiments. This company has gone downhill so fast that I would not recommend anyone to for for any of the Weston group of companies. Greed of the almightly dollar has taken over and Weston's treats their employees like dirt. There will be a day when this comes back to haunt the Weston family if they do not start looking at changing upper management.

Don't worry, people will start selling their shares very quickly!
