There is nothing that changed in this Company's way of treating or handling people. The Company continues to disrespect and marginalized it's employees.
The Vancouver Distribution Centre 1935 discriminates immigrants for management positions(...). (They) ignore resumes submitted by immigrants and hire their white friends, without experience, skills or education, all high school drop outs , nobody with post secondary education.For union workers they keep them for 22 years doing the same labor job over and over and over, unless you are white. A Total and visible discrimination.Well obviously these managers don't have post secondary education and their fear to hire somebody more qualified than themselves.This is a Red Neck company.Where is the diversity than we Canadians are so proud? Those managers should get terminated immediately!!!!
