Working in the distribution center. This company has zero respect for employees, the atmosphere amongst the 'colleagues' is simply described as tension built on a foundation of discontent. No one is happy to come to work and they dread the thought of working overtime. Constantly raising the standards without notice in order to make the 'colleagues' work harder for brutal pay. I am so glad I got out of there when I did.
