It is unfortunate that there isn't an option to give this company NO stars. Having worked at the Maple Grove warehouse in Cambridge, I have sold my soul to the devil. With car and a house to pay for, I am forced to whore myself out every day, only to go home and do it all over again. The perks are 10% off of your grocery bill at zehrs, rcss, loblaw superstore, but forget about no frills, fortinos and value mart. You do get feedback, yes, when you do something wrong. For get about positive reinforcement. Doesn't exist here. If you're a full timer, you get benefits. You start off as a part-timer, be prepared to start off at 12 bucks an hour and no weekends. You'd be better off working at MacShack or somewhere. You WILL experience injuries, this I guarantee. As of when I wrote this, there is a Job Fair planned the middle of the month. If you are desperate, see you there! If you value your life and mental/physical stability, keep pounding the pavement in search of work. There's a reason why a company holds multiple job fairs/year. Turn over is high for a reason. Read between the lines folks...
