I was hired on as the Manager of the Portrait Studio just when the recession hit Nova Scotia. Facing being jobless I quit. I was appalled how structured everything was, to the point where you felt like an invalid just for working there.

'My' staff were 16 year old who called customers names and had no respect for any sort of authority. The staff were untrained and were expected to train me as a manager. Yes that intentionally makes no sense.

Wages are capped. I was hired at what was considered top pay and was then told I would never be considered for a raise. No matter how well I did. No that's incentive to put 120% in!

I would never admit to anyone I've worked there. Stay away.
