Does not appreciate the employees - tasks are very scheduled - the high priority employees give to "Customer Service" may be appreciated by the customers - but, unfortunately, not appreciated at head office.

Everyone in the store is defined by function and numeric performance. Loblaws has totally lost the concept of customer service.
