I've been an employee for Loblaws for over 30 years between full-time and part-time. All stores that have changed over from a Loblaws to an R.C.S.S. and so on have been involved with a buy out process. The store I'm currently working in is rumored to be changing over in the very near future and there's no buy out for us employees. Can you explain this and why is there no buy out to the more senior employees that are currently serving and now want out. B.A.
