I work for Zehrs in ontario, Are you aware there trying to take all Zehrs away...no more Zehrs and with it they are taing are wages! Bonus! benefits! I AM NOT UNDERSTANDING WHY WE ARE ALL SO QUIET ABOUT IT! No one seems to have any idea as to how loblaws is treating us right now... cuttin 22$ an hour to 15... in MANAGEMENT!! REGARDSLESS OF SENORITY! do not work for this company... its horrible andthey treat us like slaves and a slaves wage
$22 an hour to work in a grocery store? In most other retail operations non-management staff don't even make the $15. Heck, I have worked with some management that didn't make $15 an hour.Consider yourself lucky
You've taken this at face value - also consider the HUNDREDS of dollars these employees are forced to pay in union wages each year. They are not ALLOWED to join the Loblaws team, unless they agree to joining the union. The union reps drive up in fine cars and tailored suits. And a few years ago the union had the money to sponsor a racing car.Do they really support the employees who support them? No, I think the union is feeding off the employees, while holding hands with the corporation.Unfortunately, the employees have to pay the taxes on their wages.And the union and Loblaws just laughs at the end of every annual report.
