loblaws needs to have more incentives that promote better attitudes towards work for their part time employees. they just dont seem to care who you are, what a hard worker you ve been . i dont under stand why bonuses arent offered to part time employees who do their job.

sometimes the incentives (ABCD) pins are offered to people who do their job (front end coutesy desk) and not to the rest of the staff in other depts. who do the customer service over and above their regular duties..look around next time you are in the store..
