I have been with this company for ten years, have made many friends, even met my husband while on the job! Unfortunately I have to agree with most comments on this page. Over the past 3 -4 years this company has really gone down hill. My husband and myself are both dept managers , who put in approx. 45-60 hrs a week (depending on which big brand, jlp,bogo) event is happening at the time.All we get in return are upset children who miss their parents and a kick in the rear from upper management who have the nerve to say that we do not care and have lost our commitment. This company NEEDS to get back to basics ..........your colleagues are the back bone of your business .......treat them better!
