Lack if dignaty and respect. No deference to employees concerns or overall quality of life. This company only cares about profits, profits, profits. They are ever willing to sacrifice and blame thier emlpoyees for thier shortfalls and failures over the last few years. Yet they are willing to pay out millions to "officials" who are the ones making the improper decisions. They perpetually underpay, undermine and especially underinform thier employees that they have any rights at all. Especially in Alberta where they continually hire youth and migrant workers; then withhold basic rights given through the law like washroom and rest breaks and therough thier collective agreement like having a union steward present when they yell at us and degrade us. This company needs a complete overhaul and culture change. Starting with the rich snot at the top!

Dignity and Respect was what the Strike of 02 was all about in Sask. We still have a long way to go. Don't loose heart.
