Despite my ratings, Loblaws was a really good company to work for as a student working part-time and needing the flexibility. I worked here for 2 years and they were very flexible with my schedule as a student. The most flexible employer I've ever had. I was allowed to work 3-4 hour shifts if I wanted to.

What I disliked was that I didn't know anybody. Nobody tried to get to know me. Nobody asked me if I was satisfied. After 2 years in the same position, they could have offered to move me to the bakery or photo finishing, but they didn't. And when I quit, they told me that not everyone can handle this position... but that's not why I left. I thought that was very rude.
