The BC government has truly become a terrible, inhumane and awful place to work. Being a public servant used to be something to be proud of, serving the public good used to be the core value and mandate. Those days are over. If you value your health, well being and career development, you will seek employment elsewhere, or you will work for the BC government for a short time and have your exit plan ready from the day you start because you will need it.
