The company is way, WAY too top heavy. They have directors and VP's everywhere, yet they keep cuttting the front line revenue drivers....like sales. Most of the VP's and managers and directors seem useless, on a day to day. Red tape and rediculous reporting has made this company very tough to work for....if you are looking for a sales job....look elsewhere.......
The little man never figured out how to lead. By his example, intimidation is the driving force within the weak 'leadership' team. Egos and personal agendas trump corporate goals and employee's rights. The VP's are gunning for the little man's job and would throw him under the bus at the first chance (some are actively working this agenda). The little man is way smaller than his little body...it is his little mind that holds him back (intellectually enabled, but with the Emotional IQ of a knat). Will OMax do something to right the wrongs or will the death knell continue to ring for this once Grand company?
