I must say that the company is successful at what it does. But it is not a good choice for someone with ambition and growth. I recently heard of several "lay-offs" just to get rid of senior executives and CSR's and to save money. Pay is what you would expect this type of company to pay you, but please try to use them as a stepping stone, to acquire Call Center/Canadian work experience, DO NOT think this is a place to make a career out of or you will be disappointed!
