MANAGMENT IS MORE FOCUSED ON MEETING THERE PERSONAL GOELES THAN KEEPING THE CUSTOMER HAPPY OR HELPING THERE EMPLOYES GETTING THE JOB DONE RIGHT INSTEAD OF PUTTING PRESURE ON GETTING MORE JOBS DONE PER DAY.
