Although the company is quite ahead in terms of website SEO and internet savvy, the company in a business sence is lacking. Put simply they fire/let go of people consitantly due to bad management. The management does not consider that their employees are trying to build a future and gain experience. Employee retention is low and job security is non existant. Its unfortunate that as a company they do not consider this when hiring and then constantly firing.
