I enjoyed working with this organization. I really liked the president as a person. Everytime I called him he would chat with me for hours. Thumbs up!

Excellent employeur qui offre des possibilit�s de carri�res internationales.

Excellente �coute de la direction.

Grande compr�hension de la conciliation travail-famille.

Tr�s grande pr�occupation du bien �tre des employ�s et des cadres.

The consulting business is tough on employees. There could be long hours when new mandates come in, and layoffs when there are no new mandates coming in. Working for a company is much better. Big staff turnover in consulting. Wages are noting to write home about.

One down side of this corporation is that being privately owned they have to answer to no one.They giveth and taketh away as they please with little to no regard of the impact upon employees. If you can't afford to sustain a benefit long term it should not be incepted in the first place. RRSP's were once quite respectible, then became less than mediocre, and are presently nonexistant.

je travail chez TechnoConseil depuis le d�but et je n'ai jamais eu le probl�me avec les augmentations salariales et la reconnaissance de la part des gestionnaires. C'est une culture ouverte favoris�e par une structure administrative applanie... (pas de p�tage de bretelle avec les titres...)

C'est impressionnant de voir tous les commentaires sur ce site, il me semble que le site est "rateMYemployer.ca" et non "rateYOUREmployer" ou "RateMyEnnemi".

Grâce à TechnoConseil, avant longtemps c'est toute l'industrie des TI de Québec qui sera à des taux de crève-faim.

Comment sacrifier un marché au complet pour son propre petit bénéfice sans penser au long, voir même, au moyen terme ? Demandé leurs ! À ce qu'il parait, c'est une question de volume.

C'est l'ancienne gang roy bourassa. les gestionnaires sont grateux. aucun respect des employ�s. ils gagnent tous les contrats � quebec ou presque en bidant a des prix en dela du seuil de rentabilit� des autres shop !

Contrairement � des entreprises comme CGI, les gestionnaires de Technoconseil �coutent ses conseillers et leurs donnent tous les outils n�cessaires pour qu'ils �voluent.

Strat�gies incoh�rentes entre ses diff�rents d�partements et sa gestion en silo. La plupart des gestionnaires n'ont aucune formation en gestion, et les gestionnaires de personnel ont rarement un int�r�t r�el pour leurs employ�s (gestion par statistiques seulement).

TRÈS mauvaise expérience au bureau de Montréal. Cette entreprise ne semble pas avoir intégré les valeurs du multiculturalisme au sein de son organisation et de ses employés. Beaucoup de problèmes de cet ordre et même certains commentaires à la limite du racisme de la part de collègues de bureau. Ce fut une expérience particulièrement stressante. Un employeur qui a du bon et du mauvais, comme tous. Pas un des pires endroits où travailler, mais pas 'le sait Graal ' comme certains semble le croire.

Une compagnie qui fait acroire a ses employ�es qu'il sont en charge de quelque chose ... il ne s'agit que d'une manoeuvre pour leur faire faire du benevolat...
