The best part of my job was going home. Everything else was just torture. It is a horrible place to call your job. When you leave and tell other employers you worked at OSI, they laugh at you and say "I understand completely". If you're reading a positive review, managment wrote it or stood over someone with intimidation to say something nice about the firm to increase their overall rating. All of the negative comments are true. There is no benefit plan, the workload is obsurd, minimal vacation time that you can not even take consecutively! Stay away (unless you need a job for 6 months or less).
