The company sounds good but at the end of the day its 100% commission, and they really push you to recruit. If your looking for a commission job then its for you. If your looking for a career then probably not.

I wasted just under 2 years in this company.....Yes you can advance, as I worked my way up that pyramid to manager, however at what cost????? I wasted time I could have been spending with loved ones by working 12 hour days not to mention how much money I lost. I would work my butt off and try all of the tactics and sales strategies they teach you.....hell I even was the one teaching...

Worked here until January. It was fun but definetly a lot of favortism and everyone isn't treated the same. There were obvious "teacher's pets" or so to speak. Everyone should deserve a fair shot..

What I don't understand is if Eagle Eye Inc. is so proud of what it does as a company why there isn't more information out there about them. Great company overall. Great benifits and employee recognition with room to advance. Down falls are lack of communication between departments can really slow down progress which creates lots of frustration. This is a company that empowers but also expects employees to take full responsibilities for thier job even when things are going wrong in other departments effecting the job at hand.

I am pretty sure they have now changed their name to Oakville event promotion. I went to the 1st interview and it lasted 5 minutes, I tried to ask a question they told me save them for second interview. Second interview was full day interview and they took me 45 minutes away so I was stuck there. After 10 minutes I knew it was not for me but I had 8 more hours to go. Kept a positive attitude...
