As per every comment here, TLO is one of the worst moves the company can make to their employees. Not only it lowers the morale of every employee, it also sets the member who is being TLO in the worst situations of his/her life. All this, to avoid giving a package and saving every cent they can.

Why companies to continue to use their disgustlingly managed, poorly skilled abilities for IT projects is beyond me.

If you are 'on the bench', you will soon be looking for work. If you are an intermediate/senior worker, there are much better places to work.

I think the reason why you (some of you) people are spreading so much hate is because you are weak. If you don't like your work, nobody ask you to stay. Please quit, you are bringing a negative vibe within the company and that's not what we need! Common guys, stop complaining like kids. I agree with other posters, foremost problem of this company is the very poor, subpar management unable to "do the right thing", just the easy thing: hiding the dust under the carpet.

Also I find it overall understuffed. Not enough people to do the job and a cancerogenous "I don't care" attitude which management is unable (and unwilling) to fight.
