FCT is a decent organization. The key problem over the past 5 years is that senior leadership bit off more than it could chew in terms of the vision/business model. This was further complicated by the market melt down. The organization had to retrench back to core business. This resulted in significant layoffs, even at the top of the house. Bottom line is that the senior leadership team got...

I truely enjoyed working here. I am not sure why so many people complain about this place. Most people have nothing nice to say if they were fired or left because they can't advance (due to their own shortcomings). In any case, good pay, good people and good environment. I recommend for anyone that likes a good work life balance.

FCT is the worst company I have worked for. For all of those thinking about leaving because you are unhappy, which is probably the vast majority of employees currently working there, there are better companies out there that actually appreciate employees. I am a perfect example. I was one of FCT's best employees in my department (this is not only my opinion, it is the opinion of most department...

The management of this company has no clue what they are doing. They continue to make decisions that are poor as it relates to the employees. The employees of this organization are frustrated with the management team. Although they do have some very good managers, the good ones are overlooked for the ones that play the political game.

Oh wait - if they burn out, they just replace you with someone else from the outside world who is just to naive to visit a site like this. The truth of the matter is that they keep slashing benefits year over year, recognize employees poorly...

I am recently departed from the IT department. Thank God!

To those who remain you need to know there are civilized and hounerable employers out there!

For those looking for work unemployment is preferable to working at FCT!

For those who choose to stay, seek help!

This is the absolute worst company and IT shop to work for in Canada.

Run; don't walk away from FCT
