The agents are not given the care they deserve. Management should be rated very frequently by agents, possibly on a monthly basis, and this would resolve some of the issues. Avoid this company unless you are desperate.

Convergys does not have competitive salaries, benefits or bonus structure. I recommend using them to get experience for other better paying companies only if you need to, otherwise just skip these guys.

I have just started working at Convergys... I find that there is quite low morale, alot of rumours of downsizing and that many of the managers tend to "espouse" a company line without much thought to what they are really saying so it comes across as dissingenous.

To all those who complain, I wonder how they are performing in other areas. The company is not perfect (which is), makes mistakes, but overall it has been a very enjoyable and rewarding experience for me.
