Huge work load.. No recognition.. Totally unhealthy environment.. Managers commit to provide you enough training, but in real life they will throw you to the emergency situation without any kind of training.. The situation is very dependent on what department you work in and who is your manager, but generaly speaking after close to 10 years I must say conditions are degrading here in the last 5 years. Used to be a great place, then an average place, then a below average place. Unless you are friends with the right people you will probably not enjoy working there.

Great place to learn technology, people are great to work with, good environment to work in. However, there are no work-life balance with a lot of stress, if you work in wrong department or team. Management tend to ignore on the problems than fixing them. Salary base is low compare to other telecom company.

Corporate image is pretty packaging. Internal operations have been disintegrating over the last five years. Lack of leadership and poor management will eventually bethe demise of Montreal

In Montreal, you better be part of the local hockey team - or forget about any promotion or recognition. Generally, the place is infested with politics at all levels. However, the package is good, and it is a good school to go through.

i working at ericsson for about 6months, i really enjoy being there except the salary with is not really high but average the team spirit and also the challenging that ericsson offer is very interesting. Moreover, working abroad with different people different culture in different countries is very helpful to develop an international background. i really recommand that for new entry level...
