I worked here for 10 months, the worst, worst job EVER! terrible supervisors, highly stressful, no motivation, HORRIBLE management, and the pay is terrible! do not, ever, consider this job. the only advantage is the flexible scheduling, but after a while they get tired of you and want to schedule you the way their system works.

As a person who has worked at another survey call centre in the past, I can say with confidence that Elemental Data is a terrible place to work, even within it's own industry. I'm still here while I apply to other jobs and go to school, but it's ridiculous.

Extremely depressing work environment. They have a strange contract that allows them to not pay you under certain, very likely circumstances. Absolutely THE worst company I have ever worked for. Supervisors are children who clearly have had no management experience OR training.
