Thriftys has gone through a lot of changes since joining with Sobeys, and not for the better. Directions now come from a head office thats located on the other side of the country.

I love Thrifty Life, the benefites are good, but the pay structure needs a lot of work.

Working here I have found out that personalities supercede employee strengths. If an equal playing field amungst workers is at the forefront in their departments then the overall company strategy will work but until then.....

If you are an independant worker, this is most likely not the job for you. There are plenty of opportunities to advance but they wont ask you if you want them, you have to seek them out and take them.
