I've worked there for a short time in 2011 and I found managers were quite supportive. At least, I am pleased with the management. I decided to opt for another field just for my own career development.

A lot of the negative comments about Teligence come from people who no longer work at the company. Many are also easily identifiable as coming from people who worked in the call center. No company is perfect or without problems but I really don't think it's as bad as some of these historic comments make out. Companies change, just like people. I think it's changed for the better.

Having worked in many different industries and companies, Teligence is by far one of the best places I've worked at. The company embraces diversity and allows its employees to be themselves. Is it perfect? No...but the grass is definitely not greener on the other side.
