I worked for Teligence for a year and found it to be a positive experience. The execs actually listen and care about what's happening on the front line. The company is very supportive of staff advancement and training, as well as providing opportunities for individuals to shine. I would work for Teligence again. I left on my terms to pursue a new career in an unrelated field.

Worked in the IT dept from 2002 - 2007, then laid off.

At the start the company was good. It had an excellent vision for growth which it pursued aggressively. But then it seems the owners let their egos get out of control. They spent their time polishing awards and showing off at trade shows instead of planning their survival.

This is, by buying lots and saving with low store/display costs, Walmart benefits by selling to the big masses.
