The employees are treated disrespectfully at this business. Period. The owner is condescending and very openly racist. She makes racist comments (indiscreetly, might I add) and orders her employees around very rudely. The atmosphere is tense and stressful because of the miscommunication within the owners/management relationships. Potential employees are judged almost solely by their appearance...
