Employer "cares" about it's employees about as much as a person trying to care about a termite infestation in their home. Worked there for a few years, never felt cared about as an employee, nor really helped when I needed it. Given the work we do, you'd figure that there would be an effort about making it more a family type to ensure the best care for all. Didn't happen.
