FMG is a horrible company with lack of concern for their employees and their work/life balance - 0 unpaid sick days? I've heard of that in your probationary time there but not for full-time agents. Some people have kids to look after. If you want people to come in to work, give them something to look forward to - paid sick days, sups who can actually spend time with their agents, recognition...

In all honesty this is a good place to work but things need to get changed around here. I believe there are too many suggestions that are passed on to the management that is being overlooked. The amount of time spent in this company is the amount of time loss for family. I don't find it worth it. Family is more important but the company doesn't seem to realize that. The stress level is very high.

My real complaint about this company is the lack of culture, support, teamwork, goal setting and trust all around.

I had some apprehension joining FMG because of what Id heard, but the company has been nothing but first class with me.

Things were a bit unsettled after the Lavalife acquisition but there have been many improvements to the work environment in recent months.

All companies have their issues, and FMG is no exception, but Id have no hesitation recommending someone work here.

FMG is horrible and its management must improve. They enjoy hiring 'seat fillers', so they can be fired when no longer needed, as well as firing their long-term knowledgeable staff. Management & HR have no care about the CC staff, their comments, concerns or recommendations. You need to suck up to get ahead or do drinks with a Male Supervisor to get ahead!! Avoid or be stressed.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! By far the WORST.

Management only favors a select few. If they like you, you can get anything you want. If they don't like you, you'll be out somehow.

Some people get warnings for things that they didn't do, yet others do things that warrant a warning and never get one.

You are only told about what you did wrong, but rarely about having done something right....
