This is a great job to work for!! Amazing people, clients, pay and hours. Everyone loves everybody and the coaching is amazing. It feels great to go to work everyday and mak an amazing difference. Out of all the "call centers" I've worked for this by far is the best!!!!!

Wasn't for me (outbound calling), but fun co-workers. Good pay, hours and work environment. Agents can win trips. Need to be good at outbound.

This was a great team to work for. They have clients who are personally involved and great co-workers. For a call centre its a great job, really good pay and a really nice environment. There is pressure to perform and it is outbound calling. But the training and coaching is great and management is very invovled. I would work there again when I'm finished with school.

I worked with Inspire for over a year and found it a great place to work. We had a great team, great co-workers and I really enjoyed the job. Much better than any other call centre in the area - and I have worked for most of them. As someone who worked at Inspire for 4 months-the management was unprofessional, the facility was thrown together and the coaching was not only not helpful but not possible to apply. I quit after 4 months and the place had a revolving door of people being fired and quiting more than the typical call center.
