They need real help with training and positioning staff. it takes forever to serve customers properly. The other comment about communication is right on. no one ever knows whats going on.

Communication in this operation is incredibly poor, information is passed down from senior management on a need to know basis. An employee's opportunity to advance is directly proportional to their willingness to get closer to the management. There have been many complaints to the labour board about this employer.
