Excellent employeur , le problème est la section locale 98 qui ne veut rien savoir de l'opinion des employés , il décide selon leur critères et non celui des employés. Nous voyons depuis 2-3 ans que le syndicat essaye de réglé des comptes, au lieu de négocié une convention qui serait bien pour les 2 partis Si 2-3 personnes du local 98 pourraient quitté l'ambiance serait beaucoup mieux.

MANAGMENT IS MORE FOCUSED ON MEETING THERE PERSONAL GOELES THAN KEEPING THE CUSTOMER HAPPY OR HELPING THERE EMPLOYES GETTING THE JOB DONE RIGHT INSTEAD OF PUTTING PRESURE ON GETTING MORE JOBS DONE PER DAY.
