Used to be a good company to work for 5 years ago. Now its become an extremely difficult place to work. Hours and benifits have been cut and staff moral is at an all time low.They have no respect for thier long term employee's and make it difficult for them to stay so they can hire new staff at a much lower pay scale.

I've been an employee with LD for almost 10 years now and find it to be a wonderful company to work for. Admittedly, there has been a downwards shift in the atmosphere, with the pay cuts, but i think that is the case with a lot of businesses these days. Overall, I am very happy working here.

Not a great place to work anymore, its become a toxic enviroment.

I worked for LD for 15 years. I was stuck working the same 6-10:00 pm shifts as the 17 year old kids that had no experience. Very nice place to work in the beginning. Co-workers and management was great. Eventually though, they cut everyones hours without explanation, doubling the workload, and refused to give me my vacation time. I had to call in late once due to an medical emergency, gave them about 4-5 hours notice, but was summarily fired for it.

I worked here for 10 years, but quit do to personal reasons, but I would have never left. I was paid well and had some benefits. It was overall, the best place I ever worked!!
