As some people said, too much chef, not enought cook. People don't seem to stay very long, it really affect the teamwork. The adminstration doesn't really have appreciation for the work you do. They also hire people to do a certain role and they finally do a completely different job, can't help the leaving rate...

Indeed, the worst company ever. IT IS SO BAD. The management and the owners are very bad and unqualified. They have no respect. They are the champions in pointing each others and avoid responsibilities. No values, no leadership, no vision. It is all about how good you kiss ass rather than how good and competent you are.

Thinking back to my time at Inpix (a year and a half in total) still angers me. Rarely have I worked in a company managed so badly in the pyramid-way. A company truly managed from top to bottom. 'too many cooks spoil the broth' describes this company all to well...
