  • Outdated practices. No advancement opportunities and no succession plan. Management only wants to hear what they do right, so issues are not fully addressed if at all. Union staff are well paid. A lot of management micromanages and gives menial tasks while not involving you for more interesting tasks. A lot of third party work due to a lack of skills within the company.
