A complete lack of vision in Saint John. The leadership there micromanages and does not listen to their employees, many of which are business experts who understand human resource management issues. I worked in administration for awhile and I was constantly frustrated at not being able to go to bat for my employees nor make a decision without prior approval. Tons of responsibility with little to no autonomy. Absolutely pathetic. As another poster commented, the cobbler's children go barefoot.
