Company is too top heavy, needs to trim the "fat" from the top. Management in stores with no management training, only in those positions as they were in the right place at the right time and good at kissing butt. After some serious personal issues, I was blamed at yearly review for not "acheiving". Shortly after I quit and went to work for a company that cares about its employees. Not great pay, and no pay increases in 7 years, only got a couple raises. Company was loosing money and "couldn't afford raises or bonuses that year" As others, they seem like they are going broke and in financial trouble.
