  • You make 13-14 dollars less an hour when you start then the people not on contract. It takes you 10 years to get to top rate doubling what it used to take. The management target people they don't like and try to get their contracts not renewed. When they had a big parts shortage they pushed cars through and left them to add the missing parts later which completely goes against the quality that they preach. They don't appreciate you, work you hard and treat you unfairly. This is probably the worst company I've ever worked for. I hear it used to be good from people who had been there longer but it sucks for new people which is probably why the turn over rate Is higher then it's ever been.
