Poorly run company, with lots of office politics to navigate making Travcorp a stressful place to work and receive no recognition for your work. An example of this was someone was just promoted into a team management role because of their appearance while someone who was doing the job didn't get it. This has happened twice in 2012. As someone wrote here you need to be part of the party crowd to get ahead at Travcorp. 2012 saw many good employees leave, with many more planning to do so in 2013. Travcorp could be an amazing company if it had the right management in place and got rid of the negative employees. If you are considering working here think long and hard. The pay is not worth the stress and aggravation. If you do decide to join stay away from the USA department.
