The company has been lacking a good H.R Manager for some years now. We finally have one who knows what the hell she is doing and is NOT bias and NOT clicky and does NOT tell everyones business all over the building and does NOT hire only her friends! there was no suppoert from H.R As far as everything elso goes, i would not reccommend The Travel Corporation to a friend seeking employment. A LONG way to go to become a good company to work for!!

sidekick is right, just stands on the sidelines and doesn't even try to help this sinking ship. if current hr is as great as she is now imagine if she were offered a permant position. we don't need old hr back!!! major changes need to take place NOW if travcorp is not to go belly up. managers are incompetent and just collecting a paycheck.

don't forget his sidekick who's also to blame for the mess the company is in, he is just a yes man to mr. president. knows what the issues are but doesnt have the guts to do anything.

Couldn't agree more. This HR manager is extremely competent, fair and replies to e-mails! The old HR manager coming back will just be another nail in the coffin of Trav Corp. Only one person to blame for all of this really though. Cough, cough, Mr President.

you speak the truth, the current HR is exactly what Travcorp needs unfortunately she is only temporary as the favored HR will be back from mat leave. This is just another example of how incompetent management as they would rather have a lousy HR manager come back instead of keeping a good HR manager. Stay away from Travcorp it is a dying company as has been mentioned here. Tours are too expensive who can afford to take one.
