There is no advencement in this company at all. forget if you want to move to a different department. You have to kiss some serious ass to get that position. I left this company because a managerial position was up for grabs. The right thing to do would be to let all eligable candidates apply and then give it to the best one based on the good old interview process, well not this company it was just given to the most favourite or most liked of the group. I know that was breaking several labour laws but no one ever does or says anything. We all have to eat and pay bills but we all move on as soon as we can

Favortism is a serious morale issue at Travcorp! You are missed by many of us and as far as the person who got the job they do not have anyone's respect. All of management is a big joke! At least you had the guts to leave what is a sinking ship. Sales are down dramatically and are going down further. As someone posted here our products are too expensive and most employees have given up trying. Travcorps cannot be hanging on too much longer. Another round of layoff is definitely in the future.
