With this company it's all about who likes you. HR alway missing in action no exit interviews when you leave she totally drops the ball. She seems to be hiring all her old buddies from her previous job..... I guess that fits in perfectly into the culture. some staff are paid more the the manager/supervisors. Management looks you in the eye without saying good morning/ evening or bye but can some how find their way to chit chat with someone siting next to you. you have to ask yourself if what you hear is true..... they like some of groups of people over others.....

I agree...HR Lady is hiring alll of her old buddies from her old work place..which all her ex buddies are given priority to all the NEW positions within the company..I dont know how the President is allowing this to happen
