Worst organization ever. Management is totally useless and could care less for there employees. In the call center there are so-called seniors that pretend they're working and just walk around telling people what to do when they have no clue what they're doing them selves. The call center is "Heart and Soul" of the company and yet the honest employees there are paid peanuts and yet they're bringing in the money. Upper management should be a shame of themselves and should look at them selves in the mirror!!
