  • If you have thick skin, can keep your mouth shut and don't have much life outside work than this place is for you. Not bad pay for sitting all day, good benefits, some very nice co-workers. that's about it. Worked in Rogers call center for 5 years, my stats were at the top of my team , still got laid off. Why? Probably because I would say it loud if I didn't like ideas which didn't make sense to me. I say probably because they would not say when asked, just to cover their ...They will even pay you extra money to sign release papers, also to cover their ... Managers - 10% knows their stuff and are very helpful, 90% are stuck in the 80's. Micromanagement, brutal customers (they don't call when they are happy), list goes on and on. If you are looking for normal job stay away from Rogers.
