  • Very poor front line management. Leaders lacking professional coaching and mentoring skills. Dispute resolution procedures are vague and lack fairness. Their vision as a company is good, but the front lines show a range of young and unmotivated staff. Young staff are great to balance out a company, but when they lack passion or interest in acquiring product knowledge then that is a problem.
